  • Tenant vetting including references and credit checks
  • Create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • Prepare an Inventory & Schedule of Condition †
  • Collecting the first months rent and deposit

This is very much "hands on" letting with the tenant finding, vetting and legal aspect taken care of by us.
