We always ensure that we conduct ourselves in a professional manor and in doing so constantly train our staff and raise our service levels. We are active members of the NAEA (National Association Estate Agents) the Property Ombudsman. All members of the team are highly experienced in their particular fields and keep themselves abreast with new legislation.

Martine McIntyre - Associate Director

With a background in corporate management, Martine has senior managerial experience and over 20 years customer service experience. Heading up the team at Tingleys, Martine has a wealth of knowledge and experience on how best to find you a suitable tenant for your property. She thrives on the challenges presented by the current property market and is looking forward to leading Tingleys to continued success in the Brighton & Hove area. Clients often comment on Martine's friendly, approachable and professional style.

Lucy Hansford - Senior Negotiator

With a history in sales and two years experience as a letting negotiator, Lucy joined us in April 2012. Currently studying for her ARLA technical award she is an enthusiastic and proactive member of the team.

Jonathan Long - Property Manager

Jonathan has been working within Lettings since 2008 and has worked as both a negotiator and property manager. He joined the team two years ago and is always proactive, enthusiastic and has a great rapport with all clients.

Louise Jepson - Sales Negotiator

Louise has 10 years experience working in sales and media, she has always worked with the public which she loves. Her expertise include public relations, social media and radio broadcasting. Louise is a real team player, her professional telephone manner is clear and confident and customer service skills are exceptional.

Andrew Shakerley - Senior Negotiator

Andrew joined us in April 2012 and heads the Sales Department. He has sixteen years experience in the business and has a thorough understanding of the sales conveyancing process. Andrew is very approachable and will always go the extra mile to ensure a sale completes.
